HDB: Always On Content

Concept, Art Direction, social media always on

Crafting relatable content for HDB's social channels, engaging the everyday audience.

Always on social content is essential for government entities like the Housing Development Board of Singapore to help them stay relevant.

We’ve created guides to help owners make the most out of their homes and neighborhoods.

We’ve also created a series showing how some homeowners fell in love with their first homes.

From ASMR videos to teach you how to maintain your home,

To tongue-in-cheek content reminding our audience on getting their homes ready for the festive season.

A graphic with illustrations of two children, one tired and one smiling, with text discussing spending 15 minutes on a bus ride to the gym and taking a minute to get to a fitness corner downstairs.
Educational poster featuring dinosaurs, with a large T-Rex and a smaller dinosaur in a park setting. Text includes a dialogue about seeing and having dinosaurs downstairs.

One of the otheres ways we’ve done engaged our audience is to leverage the power of memes to educate our audience about the many amenities our housing projects offer.

A motivational infographic comparing what the person thinks they want, such as indoor jacuzzi, deck chair under a palm tree, and kitchen island, to what they really want: coffee near a favorite coffeeshop, greenery in a neighborhood, and shopping at a nearby supermarket.
